Meet the Team
Chad Parks, CEO + Founder
Chad Parks is the Founder and CEO of Ubiquity Retirement + Savings — a pioneer in highly customizable, flat fee retirement plans for small businesses. In 2020, Ubiquity will celebrated 21 years of helping savers contribute over $2.5 billion towards their retirement.
A finance veteran, Parks began his career as a financial advisor at San Francisco’s Piper Jaffray. In his next role as an independent CFP, he recognized the vastly underserved small business retirement plan market, and Ubiquity was born. Ubiquity has fundamentally reshaped the retirement landscape. It serves more than 100,000+ savers across all 50 states, and provides solutions through partners like Charles Schwab & Co. as well as hundreds of payroll companies, financial planners and CPAs. Ubiquity continuously evolves to meet the fintech needs of retirement plan administration—most recently launching a proprietary, SaaS, cloud-based, record keeping platform called Paradigm RKS™.
Parks is a nationally recognized, go-to expert on retirement, working with Washington, DC lawmakers to ensure the passage of small-business-friendly retirement legislation. He has been quoted in publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Wealth Manager, and Entrepreneur. In 2014, he produced a documentary film called “Broken Eggs: The Looming Retirement Crisis” to educate Americans on the retirement landscape.
